You can start at any time - even during the year, without a long lead time. The company setup is carried out as a self-service or setup service by Ason. Subsequent bookings of accrued months during the year are included in the price (Prices).

1. Live-processing: All payroll data and change data is calculated in real time. Users can input or import data at any time. Salaries of the open period (including retroactive corrections) are recalculated automatically.

2. Individual control checks: Ason performs structured and transparent control checks to ensure nothing is overlooked. Each check is traceable and logged.

3. Run payroll: Payouts can be made as often as needed - per company and employee. A payment file is generated for each payout.

4. Period closing: Ason generates all required documents as well as reports and submits relevant data to authorities and institutions.

Ason enables hybrid collaboration. The payroll service runs automatically. Data inputs, verification, period closing and the processing of follow-up tasks can be handled internally, together with a trustee or directly by Ason.

All salary and personnel data is securely stored in Swiss data centers using the Microsoft Azure Cloud. Ason guarantees top-level data security, availability, state-of-the-art encryption, and full compliance with Swiss data protection laws.
