All providers of payroll services have the same concern: they can hardly find capable payroll specialists on the market.
Ason solves this problem and payroll providers will be able to serve up to 10 times more customers with existing resources.

Today: Nothing works without Payroll Experts
Payroll services are in demand, and more and more companies are outsourcing payroll with all its complexities to a specialised provider. For the provider scene, this means a lot of orders and at the same time a lot of responsibility, because all payroll runs need to be always processed on time and correctly.
In order to guarantee compliant processing, firstly certified payroll software is needed and secondly experienced professionals who know exactly what steps to take to ensure proper payroll accounting for every single relevant change in personnel data.
Conventional payroll solutions can reliably calculate all possible variants of payroll,
but in this way they are absolutely dependent on payroll experts who, in addition to error-free specifications, also evaluate the relevant facts and implement them in the procedure.
Tomorrow: No Experts, high Scaling
The call for a high level of automation in payroll accounting in combination with a relief of the experts is therefore not surprising. However, such a solution was not in the picture so far. But that is exactly what is about to change.
The start-up Ason has managed to extract the expertise of the experts and integrate it in a structured way into its digital payroll engine.
The solution is oriented towards the individual business transactions, even with retroactive and future validity. Only the case itself is specified, for example a sickness notification or a retroactive termination. The professional assessment of all cases, including all subsequent processes, is taken over by the software.
Scalable Payroll Service - the Payroll Provider's Dream come true
Ason means the end of manual calculations and assessments. Most of the payroll experts' job is now done by the machine. Therefore, in the future, each payroller will be able to process about ten times as many payrolls as before - and will no longer need explicit expertise for their work.
Furthermore, the classic problem of peak workloads during payroll runs or at the year-end will come to an end, and staff bottlenecks will be a thing of the past.
